This DoD government contract was awarded to a company that I worked for (2023-2025) and supported the Defense language, regional expertise, and culture (LREC) program. This multi-year project encapsulated complex project planning, extensive content research, SME and ID leadership, in-depth review processes and development, and comprehensive reporting to the client. This role utilized my project management skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and time-management capabilities. The following video was developed as part of the Masters of Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional Design and Educational Technology currently in progress, with expected graduation in 2026.

This represents a working prototype for an interactive onboarding training for new hires at a recovery center specializing in mental and physical rehabilitation. For this training, the Rapid Instructional Design Model combined with Robert Gagné's Nine Events of Instruction offers an optimal framework. This approach also leverages AI-enabled tools to create an efficient, engaging online eLearning course, ensuring new staff quickly grasp essential protocols, patient interaction strategies, and rehabilitation techniques.
